Jasmin Pamukcu is a coach in the San Francisco Bay Area. She’s trained and certified by Co-Active Training Institute, the Internal Family Systems Institute, and Integrative Enneagram Solutions (and working toward her certification). Having experienced it first-hand, she believes in the power of coaching to make people’s dreams a reality. She’s driven by a desire to help people become the best versions of themselves.

Jasmin is a Bay Area native and a woman of mixed heritage. She has a degree in Integrative Biology at U.C. Berkeley, and spent nearly a decade working in tech as a Customer Success Manager and then as a team manager. In addition to coaching, she’s an experienced facilitator, visual storyteller, accomplished pianist, singer, and enthusiastic nature explorer.

Some Trivia About Me:

  • Before finding coaching, I burned out in tech and quit my corporate job to road trip through the national parks throughout the west coast. I drove 11,000 miles in three months, and lived in a converted camper van. It was a key turning point in my life!

  • I’m an Enneagram 9 (SX, for the Enneagram nerds out there), which means it’s important to me to make others to feel safe, accepted, and heard. This is certainly part of why I coach.

  • I’ve been told that I give the kinds of compliments that make others feel truly seen.

  • I’ve done the 545-mile bike ride from SF to LA with AIDS/LifeCycle three times. I came for the fitness challenge, and stuck around for the incredible community.

  • I am known in some corners of the internet for my love of squishy moss.

  • I can accompany almost any song on the piano, which makes for some fun karaoke nights!

There is only this one life. Make the most of it.

Before working with Jasmin, I felt that I was my own worst enemy in my career.

Every time we met, I felt calmer and more in control of my future afterward. Our coaching helped me prioritize what I wanted to do at my job. I feel so accomplished every time we talk, more energized and ready to kick ass at my career! She also incorporates personal wellness into coaching so that you’re taking care of yourself as well. I’m happier in my life and in my job now.

Jasmin held me so gently, yet really challenged me to see the issues clearly in our sessions. She asks questions that make me think — questions I usually haven’t considered before. She’s helped me shift my perspective time and time again, and I always feel acknowledged and seen. She’s always so in tune. I never feel like we need to get anywhere and yet I feel like we go where I need to go.

— MICHELLE T.

I had a fantastic coaching session with Jasmin! I didn’t know what to expect going into this experience, but I walked away feeling relieved and really happy. Jasmin is kind, very caring and patient, and took the time to walk me through my thoughts to achieve clarity. Thank you for your support, Jasmin.

I attended Jasmin's "Trust Yourself: Defining Your Purpose and Values Workshop" and it strongly exceeded my expectations. I am someone who spends a lot of time introspecting, journaling, meditating, thinking… and I was surprised at how helpful I found this workshop. Creative but simple strategies were used to show us what matters most to us. I left with a stronger sense of what matters to me, and the framework for how to create and refine a TRUE statement of purpose - not a statement that I think I SHOULD have. I highly recommend this workshop for anyone who's feeling a little lost, or who feels like they are ready to make a change, or who just wants to get to know themselves a bit better.
