Listen to these meditations to ground in your body and get present. Use them when you wake up, when you get a break in the middle of the workday, or anytime you just need to pause and take a moment for yourself.

This meditation is designed for those who want to drop into their body, but don’t have a lot of time on their hands. A great way to calm the nervous system if, for example, you’re about to walk into a tense work meeting and want to center yourself.
